Do you need an Interpreter or Translator?  

For all official purposes such as for Immigration, legal matters including court work and corporate requirements such as conferences or assisting overseas business visitors you need to book a NAATI qualified interpreter or translator to ensure that your interpreter or translator is recognised for legal purposes or simply to ensure you have a professionally qualified person performing this service.  Generally a "Professional" level qualification is required as a minimum for many types of work.
