Individuals and corporate clients will pay a percentage fee depending on the value of the recovered amount or credit obtained.
Corporate Clients will need to contact us for a quote but can be guided by the fees below. Individuals can use the following examples as a guide.
As an example if we recover $100 our fee is just 10% or $10 - thats an extra $90 in your pocket or your business cashflow. If we recover $1000 our fee is 5% or $50. If we recover nothing then our fee is zero (no fee).
A slightly different fee will apply to cost savings obtained for regularly occurring billings e.g. phone bills. If we negotiate a reduction of your phone costs from $300 per month to $250 per month this will attract a once off fee of $50 - you will pay no more than you are already paying in that first month then you will benefit for all future billings (and we charge no further fee)
Its that simple - you have nothing to lose - you can only benefit from our service - if you gain nothing or get no refund you pay no fees - it is totally free
