• difficulty and complexity of your case
• need for a more personal service
• qualifications and experience of the agent concerned - agents with higher qualifications such as Masters in Immigration Law, or who are senior migration agents may charge higher fees. Migration agent lawyers may charge much higher fees than non-lawyer agents.
• marketing purposes
• desire to enter into new countries or markets
• whether they employ support staff or occupy commercial premises
• the type of visa being applied for
• the client circumstances e.g. is the client already unlawful
